INTRODUCTION
In Trying to See People I describe my realisation that perhaps people often don't really see other people, in the sense that they often have a set of assumptions about people, highly colored by their own perspective on reality, like a cloud around ones head. In order to become more harmless it might be a good idea to try and actually see people the way they are, or at least try to see them a bit less distorted. It can also be useful to realize that people often see you through their own distorted perceptual cloud.
Although I started out with a focus on the etheric layers of myself, in order to see any possible distortion in my own 'biological transformation' process, it also coincides with my focus to tune into other people in order to 'activate memories' that might prove to be useful in the ascent of the whole.
In other words, I now think a combination of a better opening to oneself and an improving perception of others is preferable. I thought that the best way to go about this would be to learn to see etheric bonds or perhaps the aura of others, but for now I feel 'guided' into another direction.
SEEING OTHER PEOPLE'S REALITY
The direction I am inclined to explore now is that of somehow seeing the reality perspective of the people around me. A prerequisite for this is the ability to reduce my own cloud of perceptual distortion as far as possible. I should always be aware however that my perception will remain clouded and skewed to a certain degree.
How could you see someone else's reality perspective? I have defined a reality perspective as the result of a combination of thought forms, attitudes, ideas about what constitutes reality. So, if you could somehow observe the thoughts of others you could see certain elements of their reality system. Ofcourse simply speaking to others could provide clues about the reality that people have formed, but I would like to invest my energy on another method, that I would like to introduce with a translated quote from 'Eindeloos Bewustzijn' (2007) by Pim van Lommel (cardiologist) in which he describes the Divine Comedy-like observations of a 20-year-old medical student George Ritchie during a Near Death Experience (Return from Tomorrow, 1978):
"Everything people thought about, no matter how fleetingly, immediately manifested for everybody to see in their environment in a much more complete fashion than could ever be expressed in words."
This principle of immediate manifestation of one's thoughts is a familiar one that was mentioned in Monroe's astral journeys for example. Within astral realms or perhaps under certain conditions in dreamtime it seems to be a basic law: whatever you think about either moves you towards a resonating environment or you create it out of thin (astral) air.
UPGRADING PERCEPTUAL SKILLS
Both Mila and Desteni (and many others) speak about a kind of demons that would be attracted to certain aspects of someone's reality perspective. During my search about etheric vision I bumped into a Rosicrucian site. I don't know much about their reality perspective, nor do I feel prompted to study more about them, but I did come across something that is interesting in the light of the current topic:
As the New Age advances, the masses will develop etheric sight, and with this widespread development it will be largely impossible for one to live a double life and to act differently in the home than one does in public. Were we aware now of the invisible entities thronging our houses, we should often feel ashamed of the things we do and say. The various kinds of entities filling the air are attracted to people who are of like nature with themselves, whether good or evil, and these entities are low on the path of evolution and have not the intelligence to retain a disguise very long at a time, but must, sooner or later, expose their true inner quality.
The Nature of Etheric Sight (The Rosicrucian Fellowship)
Perhaps this could be something to tune into as well? Would it be possible to learn to see or feel these 'entities' that might more or less inhabit the fields of people? Once you learn to recognize them you might be able to label the corresponding belief or thought-form to it, giving you an insight into the way people regard their reality.
If more people would develop this skill we could teach each other about the entities that we nourish by our belief systems. We could learn to determine the thoughts of others by seeing the entities that swirl around them. I would like to see if perhaps my subconscious is already registering all these entities that move around us all the time, but it is unable to transfer the information to my conscious awareness because it doesn't accept the reality of that.
I would like to focus my attention on actually witnessing the presence of these entities in order to understand the dynamics of others and to recognize their presence in my own field. It might be useful to quickly 'scan' someone in order to see how constructive and fruitful a contact may be. Perhaps these entity signatures are also present around pictures of people, around websites of people, around companies, all signifying the presence of certain thoughtforms, like flies that are attracted to distorted mental excrements.
