This page is not filled with channeled material. It is the result of my own experiences and of course you need to read it simply as some guy talking very subjectively about what he has found to be distracting and hampering thoughts in the ascension process. What I find distracting may be the blessing for someone else, and what I consider beautiful information can be discarded as distracting by someone else.
It is very well possible that I will regret some of these topics in the future due to new insights or developments, but that is a risk I'm willing to take. This section is useful for me, for it gives me the opportunity to distinguish between distracting and non-distracting thoughts (in my point of view). I intend to use this section to direct people who email me, so I don't need to write the same things over and over again. And it can be used be readers to see if they carry any distracting thought forms in the 'gibbonian' sense of the word. Everybody is free to disagree on the level of distraction of certain thought forms, but I don't feel like discussing them at this point in time because it is too...distracting!
